Designed around a client who loved pink and wanted a home made for entertaining, this London apartment explores colour in a way that feels grown-up, layered and full of personality. Blush and berry tones run throughout, balanced by warm brass, dark timber and quieter neutrals, with fabrics bringing softness and depth.
Rather than allowing one colour to dominate, different shades, textures and small unexpected details appear throughout the home, from a deep plum velvet sofa and patterned cushions to touches of pink glass and playful accessories. The result is a home that feels distinctly personal to its owner: elegant enough for entertaining, but relaxed enough to live in.
The project went on to win an International Property Award for Residential Interior Private Residence for London.
“From the very start, Ashley would provide me with feedback and ideas based on what I’d asked for, all of which improved the final look. This included every little detail, from how and where to use colour to what size my favourite handbags were, so the display shelving could be designed perfectly around them.
The outcome surpassed my expectations. I was overcome with a feeling of pride and happiness when I saw the photos from the final install. This is my home!”
